Impact Capital Fund

Investing in Maryland communities. Building a resilient future.

With the generous support of SB Works, Common Resilience Partners (CRP) is launching a Impact Capital Fund designed to accelerate transformative investments in communities across Maryland. The Fund provides flexible debt and equity financing for projects that strengthen local businesses and economies, preserve Maryland's cultural and historic assets, or advance environmental resiliency and sustainability. For those growing a small business, reusing an historic property, expanding access to new markets, or investing in sustainable infrastructure, the Social Impact Fund is designed to help promising projects move from vision to reality.

The First Three Years: Investing To 2030

The Impact Capital Fund will be administered by Common Resilience Partners and plans to make investments in eligible Maryland projects into 2030. CRP is seeking projects with the potential to generate lasting economic, cultural, and environmental benefits for Maryland communities. After its initial three-year period, the Fund will be evaluated for its economic, environmental and social impact.
