The 2026 Façade Improvement Grant Program is meant to aid building and/or business owners interested in
improving the exterior of their buildings and shops in targeted areas of the Maryland Sustainable
Communities of Dunkirk, Prince Frederick, Lusby, Solomons, Chesapeake Beach and North Beach
(see Maps Exhibit).
